Seems Angelina Jolie is a licensed pilot. She’s been spotted taking Brad Pitt and their kids Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh for trips in a 360,000 dollar Cirrus SR-22. Pictures of Angelina Jolie flying an airplane.
Aviation experts apparently don’t think its a good idea for Angelina to be flying her 360,000 dollar Cirrus SR-22. They think she’s risking her children’s lives by jetting them around in a plane she’s too inexperienced to handle. The Cirrus SR-22 is apparently one of the world’s fastest single engine aircrafts, capable of speeds up to 300 miles per hour and is said to have caused 10 deaths in 5 years through pilot error.
California-based instructor Murray Scott was quoted by Femalefirst, as saying: “Letting an inexperienced, novice pilot like Angelina Jolie fly it is like giving a Ferrari to a 16-year-old boy. It’s a recipe for disaster. It is the fastest plane in its class. It climbs like a missile. Miss Jolie should fly something more sedate for a while. This airplane is a thoroughbred that needs experience to control."
