Jolie-versus-Aniston Box-Office Showdown Canceled

A few weeks back, Hollywood celebrity sites, blogs and gossip sites were all over the news that Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston would be sharing a movie premiere date on October 24, 2008. Charts have been put up, voting was made to guess whose movie would win the box-office.
Angelina Jolie, who stars in Clint Eastwood’s period film, is set to premiere in selected cities on October 24, before making it nationwide. Jennifer Aniston’s romantic-comedy movie, ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ was supposed to make a nationwide premiere on the same date of Changeling’s debut. However, it turns out that Jennifer’s movie would be pushed back to February next year.
If you didn’t know, Jennifer Aniston was married to Angelina Jolie’s current life partner, Brad Pitt. So it just makes sense that people are making it a big deal when the two A-list Hollywood celebs are on its way for a face-to-face showdown. Sorry to disappoint you guys, there’s always next time.
